Sonsbeekpark

Are you in the city center and seeking some tranquility? Consider a visit to Sonsbeek Park. This ancient park is full of peculiarities. The height differences were formed during the penultimate Ice Age (100,000 years ago). You’ll find an ice cellar (predecessor to the refrigerator) dating back to 1810 and can enjoy a drink with a fantastic view at the Witte Villa.

Near Sonsbeek Park, you’ll discover Huis Zypendaal. This 18th-century mansion has been completely restored and is freely accessible to visit during the summer. The surrounding park is also worth exploring.
