Boulangerie Hotel Karel was started in 2017 by Karlijn Beekmans, then known as Bar Hotel Karel. Over the years, Karlijn decided to pursue her passion for baking bread and transformed the bar into a bakery. The hotel has four unique and spacious suites. The four suites are situated around a private courtyard and are finished with exceptionally high-quality materials.
The team consists of owner Karlijn with her partner Pascal and her father Bart.
